Senior Business Analyst
My client are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our global change management team, supporting key initiatives within the Transfer Agency function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial business case and requirements gathering through to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Develop high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and design documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders across global business lines to define and deliver the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Transfer Agency processes.
- Act as a key liaison between business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
- Support design workshops, process mapping, and solution validation to ensure business needs are met effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services, ideally within Transfer Agency operations.
- Demonstrated success working across Change Management or transformation projects.
- Strong experience producing BRDs, functional design documents, and other key project artefacts.
- Exposure to Temenos Multifonds or similar fund accounting / investment administration systems is highly beneficial.
- Experience working on global or multi-jurisdictional projects with cross-functional teams.
